Established in 2007 as a 501 c 3 nonprofit organization, Hendersonville Ballet is the premier ballet performance company in Henderson County. Serving the community with our annual Nutcracker performances as well as Spring performances of classics like Swan Lake act 2, and Paquita Grande Pas. The Company performs two productions per season in a local theater and also takes the art of dance out into the community. This helps reach the goal of making ballet more accessible to residents of WNC.

Hendersonville Ballet was invited to participate in the family concert of Hendersonville Symphony Orchestra to share information about the company, performances and summer camps.
Mr. O and the Hendersonville Ballet dancers shared the story of the Nutcracker with residents of Emerald Arbor. November 2024.
Hendersonville Ballet was asked to perform at Music on Main in downtown Hendersonville. The dancers performed a Bollywood-inspired number choreographed by Betsy Dixon. August 2024.
Hendersonville Ballet dancers put on a performance at Hands On! Museum. The dancers performed variations and a self-choregraphed duet. July 2024.
